We ask all new customers to view our pricing before we organize a site visit. Our Quoting day is Saturday Morning between 730am and 1pm and we also happy to organize a site inspection after/on our way home from work.

 

Pricing Below is a guide only on previous jobs, Pricing is based on how much work is involved in your job (earthworks not included in below prices):

Any Size Shed Slab (including footpath around shed), Garages, Patios, Craft Rooms, Mancaves, Rumpus Rooms, Tool Sheds, Garden sheds,

For jobs over 20m2 pricing starts from $130m2.

We also complete smaller Sheds under 20m2 however our minimum charge to get onsite is $2600.

Above Pricing is for the Supply & Lay of:

-Grey Concrete at 100mm thickness. 

-Steel mesh & chairs to lift mesh.

-Plastic underlay.

-Formboards. 

-Trowell Machine Smooth Finish(Sheds over 20m2).

-Tools & labour.

 

Factors that may affect your price are listed below:

-Do we have good access?

-Can we reverse a concrete truck up to the job location?

-Do we need a concrete Pump?

-Extra helpers on the wheelbarrow?

-Has the ground been prepared?

-Do we need to bring in Earthmoving Equipment to level out the job (bobcat, excavator, dingo, jackhammer, demo saw) etc?

-Do we need to bring in fill, roadbase, rubble?

-Your Suburb/location?

-Your Time Frame?

Our Prices are based on Adelaide Metro. We also  are happy to work country and need to factor in accommodation, travel and material surcharges.
